This is a great app,and I would give it 5 stars ,but it crashes all the time .I have to delete it then Download it over and over again .Fix that and I will give it 5 stars .

Just like I said I dont think there should be that much ads in one app. Every tom an ad pops up there is no x so I end up having to wait for the App Store to load so I can get to the home screen. But if I click on the app it makes me restart everything and I never get to the next stage of the stupid thing

Only having problems when it closes out on you and when you cant open to your camera roll. Other then that, its a very good app

I like some of the pictures and effects but other than that its not fantastic. Some of the pictures are not appropriate for ages 4+. If you are looking for a good editor, get aviary.

Awesome app, 3stars cause it shuts off.

You can only use 1 time, then freezes. Need to quit and reopen for every single use.

Using this my whole family is amazed For the different effects that I enjoyed Making my pics look so fabulous And now I do all my family pics Really live this app

I like this app a lot but This app is hacked and hackers are messing it up cant edit any picture can you all fix it please the graphics are good but I cant edit any picture it said network connection not able to upload the picture in all the pictures

Simple as that. I tried 3 times to edit a trial image, but the app would NOT stay open long enough for me to save the picture. I would review the different effects on this app, but I didnt get that far...

I love this app it is so good and well organized there really not a problem to it --- oh , and follow me on ig @the.1_mk if I dont follow back ask for one I will but anyways get this app it is so good and has the best things to it get now

Pic Editor is a good app with lots of options and keeps the user interested for what they have to offer in photo edits.

when ever i press any slot when i slide to put on brightness all starting at brightness to the last one it dont work

Tried to use several different pics with this app and it just keeps freezing up!

Cool idea!! Always crashes!! And my pics are always sideways??!! Frustrating!! Fix it dammit!!

I would give it more but it lags out alot or says cant use image. But over all its a cool app.

I got this app a couple of minutes ago and I started using it. The first time I used it I was picking a pic and it shut down on me. The second time I used it I was in the part where u pick a background and it shut down....and third,yes this happend three times it shut down when I was editing it. I got angry and just deleted the app......very unhappy

I just downloaded this app couple of days ago, while I tried to use their effects, chose effects, chose photo, uploaded it and then in a few crashed, just crashed, multiple times attempted but still crashed. Fix the Bugs/Defects and update your so called Pic Effects app. Thank you for not met the apps functionality.
